Thank you Amherstburg Chevrolet and salesperson Chelsea Hennon for making my most recent "online purchase" as easy as can be. Being part of the generation that pretty much only emails and texts, my initial contact was a quick email to Chelsea, their Internet specialist, with regards to a vehicle I had saw on their website. Within a day or two I received a response and we went back and forth with negotiations over email until a fair deal was made for both parties. There was some very minor damage to the vehicle that I requested be fixed prior to delivery and they didn't bat an eye and Chelsea actually texted me up close photos of the repair to confirm I was totally satisfied with the job (which I was, kudos to the body shop who did the repair). I live over 800 kilometers away so part of the arranged deal was that the car be delivered directly to me. The poor gentlemen who were responsible on driving the car here, ended up doing so on a day where pretty much all of Ontario had a snow-storm going on. These guys drove 10 hours here, only to turn around and spent I'm sure another 10 hours going back. I felt so bad for them, but they were troopers and really appreciated them going above and beyond for me considering they could have said no and come another day. So to any one reading this, I have no problem recommending this dealership for your next car purchase. I have no experience with their other departments, but Chelsea and the sales department had no problem adapting to the way I wanted to buy this car and made it a breeze. Thank you!
